All parts sold by AG Parts Online are sold on an “as is basis”. There is no warranty EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. No warranty or representation is made as to the products ability to protect a user from injury or death. The user shall determine the suitability of these products and assume all risks and responsibilities in connection with their use.

When you need to return a product to AG Parts Online, please follow these instructions so we can serve you better. 1. ALL returns require a copy of the original invoice. 2. NO returns after 30 days 3. ALL returns must be unused and in condition to be sold as NEW. 4. Package return item carefully to avoid damage. 5. Enclose a copy of the original invoice, along with a note with the reason for the return and a day time phone number in case we need to contact you. 6. AG Parts Online has the right to refuse any item(s) returned if they cannot be sold as “NEW”. 7. Refunds do not include freight and maybe subject to a restocking fee.
